At the heart of the Choose Again practice are six carefully sequenced steps that help you pinpoint and dissolve the hidden core beliefs driving your suffering. This isn't theory. It's a practical, repeatable tool you learn to use yourself. When the belief changes, everything built upon it changes.

El Cielo, our Costa Rica center — immersive, removed from daily life, led by facilitators who have lived this work — creates the conditions where the Six Steps land deeply. The 90-day integration programme that follows makes sure what opens there stays open.

El Cielo sits on the shores of Lake Arenal in northwest Costa Rica — at 2,500 feet, cool air, surrounded by forest and gardens. Summer is our most intimate season. Groups are small, attention is undivided.

A fully immersive experience — therapeutic work, somatic practice, nourishing food, and the beauty of Costa Rica. Followed by three months of integration support.

Daily Group Sessions

Guided sessions on the Six Steps to Freedom, morning breathwork and somatic grounding, intimate group integration circles and personal reflection.

Nourishment

Nourishing whole-foods meals from local Costa Rican sources. Free time to rest and explore the stunning natural surroundings of Lake Arenal.

Includes a 3 Month Follow Up Program

Choose Again's 100 Days to Freedom — a week-long intensive at El Cielo plus a full 3-month follow-up programme with online circles and group coaching.
